My path to becoming a therapist began with my own struggles with mental health as a teenager. I fell into my own personal "underworld" at that time and was only able to pull myself out with the help of a skilled therapist. After a profound healing journey, I became inspired to become a therapist myself, so I could help pull others out of their own underworlds. I truly believe that the wounds and challenges we experience in life make us who we are, and that they have the potential to become our greatest strengths if we can alchemize them. I aim to support my clients in doing this.

Interests/Hobbies

In my free time I love to get into nature (especially with my dog and tortoise), connect with loved ones, and experience new things. I'm especially fond of backpacking, hiking, camping, beach adventures, traveling, music, delicious food, and nature-sourced crafting.
