My Approach

My work is grounded in a greater perspective about human nature. I believe that individuals function as best they can, given their circumstances. Therefore, I hold compassion and curiosity for how each client is functioning, while creating space for exploration and choice. My intention is to help clients build awareness so that they can address patterns that don't serve them and make choices that feel aligned with their values.

I take an integral approach to therapy that draws from several modalities, including: Gestalt, relational therapy, eco-psychology, trauma-informed therapy, transpersonal psychology, strengths-based psychology, attachment therapy, mindfulness, and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). By incorporating techniques from several different modalities, I aim to provide holistic therapy that addresses all elements of an individual's mind, body, and spirit.

My clinical focuses include (but are not limited to) eating and body struggles, anxiety, depression, self-soothing behaviors, self-esteem challenges, transition, personal growth, identity exploration, relationship struggles, trauma, life direction challenges, existential crisis, relationship with sexuality, and attachment issues.

All genders, sexualities, ethnicities, races and cultures welcome.
