I work with clients in weekly 50 minute sessions, and I offer both short and long-term therapy. I don't work with insurance panels directly, but I can provide therapy invoices to submit for reimbursement after full payments. My fee is $140 for individuals, and $170 for couples and families.
My work is grounded in a greater perspective about human nature. I believe that individuals function as best they can, given their circumstances. Therefore, I hold compassion and curiosity for how each client is functioning, while creating space for exploration and choice. My intention is to help clients build awareness so that they can make choices that feel right for them.
I take an integral approach to therapy that draws from several modalities, including: Gestalt, relational therapy, eco-psychology, trauma-informed therapy, strengths-based psychology, emotionally-focused therapy, mindfulness, and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). By incorporating techniques from several different modalities, I aim to provide holistic therapy that addresses all elements of an individual's mind, body, and emotions.
My clinical focuses include (but are not limited to) anxiety, depression, eating and body struggles, self-soothing behaviors, self-esteem challenges, transition, identity exploration, relationship struggles, trauma, life direction challenges, existential crisis, relationship with sexuality, and attachment issues.
