THERAPY
About Me
Hi, I'm Kari. I take a client-centered approach to therapy, with an emphasis on helping individuals build awareness and self-support.

I graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in Neuropsychology, and from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I'm fascinated by the connections between neurology and lived experience, and I incorporate these considerations into my work.

I'm also passionate about approaching therapy from a humanistic and Gestalt perspective. This means that I believe in the inherent wisdom of each individual and seek to help clients build awareness, explore their subjective experience, and find resourcing in the present moment.
All genders, sexualities, ethnicities, races and cultures welcome.
